Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and TheorY, Inc. ("TheorY", "we") and govern your access to and use of Argus and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Argus is an augmented equity-research model. It produces sourced analysis, confidence-rated verdicts, and an audit trail. The Services are research tools intended for professional and institutional use.

We may add, change, or remove features. Material changes that reduce core functionality of a paid plan will be communicated in advance.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Access is limited to the seats included in your plan. You may not share a seat across multiple individuals.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Certain usage — including metered agent runs — is billed on consumption as described on the pricing page. Billing is handled by our merchant-of-record payment provider, who may collect applicable taxes.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

You agree not to misuse the Services: no reverse engineering, no resale of raw model output as a competing data feed, no use that violates applicable securities or data-protection law.

Argus is a research model, not a financial adviser. Its output is informational and is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. See our Disclosures for detail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and TheorY's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.
